What leadership lessons did you learn in 2020 that you are taking into 2021? Which lessons do you want to leave in 2020?

I personally spent more time on my mind and body. I’ve worked from home for years, but there was usually an outlet for me to go to meetings or social events regularly. Without that I tend to work all the time. I began exercising more and taking more time to reflect on my priorities. Since my son is home from college, he’s been teaching me Muay Thai. I’m not getting in the ring with anyone, but it has been a welcome relief and more time spent with him besides eating and watching movies. Each morning I spend time reflecting to clear my mind and prepare for the day. I have found that the quiet time has helped energize me and set my priorities.
