Phone consultations include up to the number of phone consultation hours purchased with Professor Bennett, Founder and Executive Director of the Healthcare Center for Excellence and/or the executive staff. The hours may be split into 1-hour increments, but all purchased phone consulting must be used within 30 days of purchase.
Phone consultation may include, but is not limited to:
- General healthcare analytics implementation questions
- Leadership coaching & development
- Preparing a Healthcare Transformation Model assessment
- Creating a healthcare analytics readiness assessment
- Improving physician engagement tools
- Building an analytics implementation plan
- Building an analytics project management plan
- Providing tools to improve project leadership
- Delivering a leadership workshop
Phone consultations are available in 1-Hour, 2-Hour, 4-Hour or 8-Hour increments.
