Yes, I have had several horrible experiences which I leveraged to train myself. Learning from the failures of toxic and failed leaders need a lot of emotional intelligence and patience. Now I know how to deal with such toxic leaders and save others and an organization as well, from the destruction of such leaders. Moreover, I learned how NOT to be a toxic leader.
